Micheal is the pastor of First Baptist Icard and former President of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. He frequently speaks to pastors and churches across North Carolina.

Micheal's ministry passion is his missionary work. He can frequently be found in other parts of the world working with pastors are preaching the Gospel.
